Durante el desarrollo de la carrera, el participante obtendr\u00e1 habilidades en higiene, buenas pr\u00e1cticas, seguridad ocupacional y protecci\u00f3n ambiental en su \u00e1rea de trabajo. Tambi\u00e9n aprender\u00e1 a gestionar el aprovisionamiento y control de consumos, elaborar, presentar y conservar alimentos de la cocina guatemalteca e internacional, as\u00ed como prestar el servicio de alimentos y bebidas. Adem\u00e1s, adquirir\u00e1 conocimientos en la elaboraci\u00f3n de panes y postres b\u00e1sicos, con base en requerimientos, aplicando t\u00e9cnicas, procedimientos asertivos y siguiendo las buenas pr\u00e1cticas laborales de acuerdo con el perfil de egreso del participante.<\/h4>\n
